Chef Jay is a tireless worker and prepared a wide array of meals with beautiful flavours. We were given plenty of options before we arrived, and had the menu organised in advance so there was no fuss during our stay. The vegetarian and fish dishes were amazing, and if I had my time again I’d order more of them and not worry about red meat which is obviously harder to come by in Fiji.
